There are two houses (6 & 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families & friends. The second house can be booked separately. The quiet property is located on the edge of a small village, surrounded by dense forests and about 7 lakes. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace and quiet, a wood-fired sauna with a bucket for pouring water, and pure relaxation.

This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

It can accommodate couples, friends, and families with children aged 6 and up, as well as yoga groups and workshops. Countless swimming spots, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. Cranes live here, but also sea eagles and ospreys. You can find otters and beavers as well as kingfishers. In autumn, the crane migration is a particularly impressive experience. 3 lakes are within walking or cycling distance.
