The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Located in the municipality of Stechlin in the quiet district of Menz in Brandenburg, on the southern edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District, with its incomparable landscape of vast forests and secluded lakes.
