The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom, always with a double bed (4 beds in total), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Outside, there is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.
