Apartment to feel good in the countryside

The apartment has a size of 70m². It is well equipped - coffee maker, bread oven, natural stone countertop, washer & Dryer. Beds are already made up and hand and dish towels are available. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Echsheim is the place to be. Parking is available right in front of the house. Cities such as Donauwörth, Augsburg or Ingolstadt can be reached in 30-45 minutes in 30-45 minutes. Munich is also only a good hour away. Gut Sedlbrunn is about 10 minutes away.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.
