nice little apartment in good location!

The stay was very pleasant. Peter always responded to messages right away and was very kind. It is practically furnished, with a great terrace, with sea views. The location is great, 2 min walk to the beach. The only point deduction is parking. 3 parking spaces next to the house are great, the other two awkward to come in and you park one behind the other. The guests in the apartment next door were nice and we were always able to agree because of the parking situation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with family I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and beach . The host provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The host’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodation made it a memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a super nice and relaxing vacation in this apartment. From the balcony you could see the sea directly and there were beautiful sunsets. The beach was also within easy reach, you just had to walk down a flight of stairs and you were there. There were also sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which belong to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as promised and we didn't miss anything. The contact with Sandrine and Nicolas was also very warm. At this time of year it is very quiet and relaxing here, I think in the high season there is more going on. But for us, it was just right! Thanks for everything and we'll be happy to come back!

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Very well equipped house with everything that you will need during your stay. The host is very helpful, there was a wobbly part on the bike and the next day after the message the bike was fixed. Friendly neighbours and very beautiful location. Recommend! ☺️

We had a very relaxing holiday. The proximity to the sea and from the balcony is truly spectacular to experience the amazing sunset at night. We found a car on site essential because the path to shopping in the heat is too far. The town is nice, but we preferred to stay with us on site on the water, or at Babe Beach, which is about 300 meters away. Alex was a great host even without meeting him in person and really interested in making you well. We can recommend him and his apartment with a clear conscience.

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Beautiful calm place with amazing beach and fire place. Marija is very nice host that even cooked for us a seafood dish and we would like to come back as this is that kind of place that I would like to see again. Good luck to You Marija and All the best! Hopefully see you again soon! :)

Lovely place, great location, beautiful beach right next to the house. More swimming opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Quiet location. It was a beautiful vacation.

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Beata was friendly and helpfull. Everything was as described.

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

We had amazing time in Ribarica. It was exactly what we were looking for. Picturesque place, peaceful and quiet .And Neven’s place was really great. It had all facilities we needed . The balcony was really big. And the apartment was jus a few steps away from a lovely beach . We really recommend this place 🩷

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

Marin is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and clean with 2 bathrooms (very useful when you are more than 4...) in a quiet place 10min walk from Novalja center and 30min walk from Zrce Beach

We stayed the 1st week of July in the Heni’s apartment. It has been a very nice holiday! We appreciated you can reach the beaches in 2 minutes by walking! Vir isle is fantastic with colours that change from part to part of Vir. The relation with Toni was very important! Hope we will come back in this apartment! Important also several bycicles that Tony and Heny gave the opportunity to use. Thanks to that we went around Vir.
