The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

Great apartment in the heart of Alghero- old town is an easy 5 minute stroll- grocery store around the for corner. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

Great apartment, it felt like staying at home

It was like being in your own home, a very quiet and very comfortable area. There's nothing like it around Olbia. Very nice and friendly maximum person!

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated, great views of the harbour. The air condition (heating) in the living room was out of service. From the parking to the apartment there are several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, without a car.

This was an excellent start to my trip to Sardegna because it offered a quiet and peaceful location to return to following my daily excursions. The space was clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Chiara was always attentive and friendly offering tips and recommendations proactively. Even when I had difficulty accessing the internet and had to do work she made arrangements to accommodate me. Not only was the space on point but the service following a problem was too. And to me this odds the sign of a great and confident stay.

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Piergianni and Gabriella are two people with big hearts, they put love into everything they do. Following a car accident that forced us to walk, they welcomed us as if we were part of a big family, brightening and lightening difficult days. Not to mention the accommodation, very clean, cozy and full of small touches that make the difference, which are not obvious today and that warm the heart: mini set for the bathroom (body cream, shampoo and shower gel); bottles of water in the fridge, natural and sparkling; a basket full of various herbal teas, chamomile, coffee pods, cappuccino and hot tea. This is a beautiful apartment very nicely decorated and clean. It is in a really great location in the old district with amazing views and a lovely balcony to sit on. It was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning in the bedroom really helped and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to receive a welcoming bottle of wine and to find ice blocks in the freezer and a sun umbrella in the flat, which were essential on the beach. The only thing you need to aware of is there are a lot of steps up to and in the apartment, it's on three levels. as it's in the old town the roads are very narrow and parking tricky. But We were able to find parking in the square by the church opposite. Franco was very quick in responding to messages in all an excellent host. Thank you

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The apartment is nice - we enjoyed the sunny terrace and the garden and also the very short distance to a very nice beach. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for 10 nights in this wonderful apartment. Gianella and Christian are superb hosts and they offer an accommodation that was home away from home for us. The kitchen meets all your requirements and lots of little extras too. Our stay was so comfortable and we highly recommend their place. The neighbourhood has some nice restaurants and shops etc and you can walk to the marina and the old town in 10 minutes.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.
