THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Lovely archipelago life in your own cottage on Styrsö

Your own small cottage on lovely Styrsö - a half-hour boat trip from Gothenburg. On beautiful Styrsö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago is this charming and completely newly built cottage. In 30 square meters, loft and sun deck, there is everything you need for comfortable and pleasant days. The cottage is located on the west side of the island. There was the old fishing community and on the way to the cottage you pass the old fishermen's houses close proximity to each other in classic archipelago style. Ferry, shop, café, nature and saltwater swimming are just a stone's throw away.

The cottage on Brännö

Welcome to the cottage, which is located pretty much in the middle of the island in our lush garden, where our own home is also a bit away. If you walk down the road for ten minutes, you reach the sea and the beautiful place Lönndal and if you go the other way, you will reach the Värdshuset in five minutes and after another five, you will reach the island's shop. Public swimming area in Ramsdal with jetties, bathing ladders and diving towers is a quarter of an hour away. If you arrive before check-in time, we will arrange for you to drop off your luggage.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in the southern archipelago of Gothenburg. The accommodation has a bright interior and wonderful light from morning to evening. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry terminal and the harbour. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with an SMS code. There is a well-stocked grocery store on the neighbouring island of Brännö. There is a swimming jetty directly below the house, and a scenic 3-km walking path goes around the island.

Asperö by

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A place for you who want to stay on an island but still close to Gothenburg. The house is 60 sqm, with kitchen and dining area, toilet with shower, living room. One bedroom with a double bed 160 cm, one loft with a 140 cm bed and another loft with a 160 cm bed (no standing height in any of the lofts and a little special ladder/stairs to the loft) Sheets and towels are included. Parking is available at Saltholmen for one car. For those who want to enjoy a wonderful environment.

Welcome to the house's charming upper floor, which you can access through a private entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in a style typical of the period. This accommodation is located in the Kungsladugård area of Majorna. Slottsskogen Park is right nearby, and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan, where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg, and there are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.

The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You.
