Very comfortable stay, great location within easy walk of lots of restaurants and the beach, nice pool

We were picked up from the airport by a driver from Christima. A very nice man. At the Airbnb we could go straight to our room even though we were there before the check-in time. Breakfast was very tasty. When we left, we were allowed to leave the luggage to pick up later. Christima was very nice and helped us well.

Amazing place, the host was really helpful during this pandemic situation. Groceries shops are nearby, and you can order food and get it delivered via Uber.Eats which helped me a lot. Ample Parking space to even land your Spaceship, calm garden to relax and exercise, a Tuk Ride away from the Main City Center.

The place to stay was perfect for our last night in Sri Lanka. The airport is very easy to access and the host is very welcoming

Perfect guest house to discover Negombo, or lounge before or after the flight. The place is very clean and charming, the staff and very friendly direction. Overall we are very satisfied with this stay and would recommend this property, although, probably a victim of their success, they had accepted a double booking for the room we had selected. They nevertheless assigned us another room that was satisfactory so we don't have to complain. They also allowed us to leave our bags and use the pool after checkout and even arranged the airport lift for us.

This is a clean quiet place that is in the heart of the beach district. Not beach front but 5 minute walk away.

On very short notice booked this accommodation. Easy to find and staff very friendly. Breakfast was very nice and the location was quiet with lots of trees and birds to look at (for somewhere in the city). Host was very kind and thoughtful.

A truly beautiful property – waking up each morning to a mystical view of Adam’s Peak, surrounded by soft morning mist, was nothing short of magical. The infinity pool was stunning, and I even had it all to myself at times, which made the experience even more special. I spent three nights here, and from the very beginning, Tony was incredibly attentive and helpful. He was always available to answer questions, take care of requests, and made sure I felt completely at ease. As a solo female traveler, I felt not only safe but truly supported. Tony helped me organize a few things to make my journey smoother, and I’m so grateful for his kindness and care. This place is perfect if you're looking to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. And trust me – whatever you need during your stay, Tony will do everything he can to help you out. Thank you so much, Tony – I truly hope our paths cross again.

This family are so friendly ,helpful and completely reliable , Clean house , quick respond for your needs , I was lucky got upgraded by them , lot of space for solo traveler . you can totally trust them for many other aspects, highly recommended to stay .

We had a very relaxed and great time at Jason's place. He is, just like his beautiful mum and the pets, very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. He is very entertaining and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfy, the pool was great and shops/restaurants in walking distance. Can strongly recommend :)

What an incredible property with stunning views of the beach and ocean! This was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our tour of Sri Lanka. The staff were lovely, welcoming and attentive. The food provided was to a very high standard and always served with professional care. We stayed in the upstairs suite which was very tastefully decorated and ornamented. The infinity pool is breathtaking and the beach is directly accessible across the lawn where you can walk to watch the sun set. Alternatively the terrace is an ideal spot to watch the day come to an end. Romesh and Dhanushka were lovely and did their utmost to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. They are fabulous hosts and we look forward to returning again in the not so distant future. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, then this is the perfect place for you.

The building is centrally located and in a save area (also at night time). It takes only one minute by walk to Galle Road, which is a mainstreet with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious with a view to the sea. The hosts were very friendly and nice! If you are looking for a clean accommodation, which is well located in a save area and cheap as well, then this is the right place to stay! :)

Nilu is such a friendly host. In the morning she made a delicious breakfast for us and helped us organizing our further trip.

They were the kindest hosts ever, we fell in love with their charisma and their willingness to help at all times, highly recommended, gotta highlight the place's decorations which brings a sri lankan touch into your stay, you have to try their breakfast because its amazing!! 😋🍳👏👌♥️

My husband and myself had the best experience staying at Nilam's property. Both Nilam and Hilmy (caretaker) went over and beyond to ensure our stay was a great experience. Upon arrival, Nilam's son explained loud maintenance works were being carried out close to our apartment, so put us in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very quiet, comfy beds and duvet, everything we needed. Apartment was nice and clean. I cannot express enough gratitude, as we booked in last minute due to no-show of host with our initial booking at another property. I would highly recommend to anyone, the host and caretaker are exceptional, very professional and would help with any question. Thank you both so much!!
