Great apartment, cosy, tasteful and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. It’s centrally located in Colombo in a leafy area, quiet and yet close to everything by foot or by vehicle. Mithra went above and beyond in finding options for us to have a celebratory meal for Sri Lankan New Year. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

Great location. I have stayed here before and loved it. That's why I chose this place for my second visit to Negombo.

Great place to stay at. We felt at hime immediately and after a montj, we left the place and the ground floor staff with heavy heart. We had a bit of problems to start with, but it was all sorted out soon and it was so comfortable.

The apartment is conveniently located close to all the amenities. The apartment was clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a comfy stay. Chiran and his farther was able to ready the place on a very short notice and really thankful for that. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place for a stay in Colombo.

Chamini and Janak was flexible with check in times and responded quickly as I booked this place for my mum to stay for couple of days after arriving from overseas. Everything was great and highly recommended this place! Thank you!

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

Nice peaseful place. Restaurants grosaries are very near at walking distance. it was one night short stay for me so it was worth staying there .

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Amazing value, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the beautiful Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya temple. Living area very big and spacious. nice to have a full kitchen set up and dining table. large bedrooms and bathrooms too. the host was very kind and friendly. would definitely recommend!

Chamith and Malithi were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was in mint condition inside out. All electrical, gas, and other facilities were in perfect condition. Extremely clean toilet/shower and kitchen. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The surrounding area was very safe and quiet throughout the whole month we stayed. We stayed at Sudam’s place again for a week, and just like our previous visits, everything remained just as wonderful. The quality and comfort were just as we remembered, making us feel right at home. The car park area now looks even more beautiful and serene, with the lush greenery grown by Sudam adding a peaceful, welcoming touch as you arrive.
