The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

Välkommen till detta lugna, nybyggda ekologiska boende mitt i naturen 🌸🌲 & granne med värden & 🐶❤️🐶 Här finner du kök med diskmaskin, mikro, kyl/frys, ugn, kaffebryggare. Det finns tvättmaskin, toalett & dusch. På terrassen finns det bord & stolar 🙌 Boendet består av 2 stugor: - en 30m² fullutrustad studio/stuga med en 180cm dubbelsäng & en 130cm bäddsoffa - en 10m² liten stuga med två 90cm sängar (denna saknar vatten & toalett 💦) Obs! Denna bostad passar inte familjer med yngre barn👌

Elbilsladdning finns att tillgå vid behov. Närmaste mataffär ligger i Edvalla, 8 km bort. Boendet har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 180cm, kök och vardagsrum, badrum med dusch och tillgång till tvättmaskin. Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av hyresgäster. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Här hos oss på Solgården erbjuder vi detta fina brygghus på ca 25kvm med loft (låg takhöjd) med 3 bäddar och bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrummet. Med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir boendeutrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.

A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.
