Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to this quiet, newly-built eco-friendly accommodation in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

40 m2 small house with cozy sleeping loft. Built in 2019 In the house there is also a lovely massage chair that can of course be used unlimited. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge (no freezer) There is a need for a washing machine or freezer so it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made up and towels/bath towels and robes are available for you. Nespresso machine and pods and tea is included in the price TV and wifi are available Electric car can be charged with us at cost. Swish and grab for Chilled drink and a snack box.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy the view in front of a wood-burning stove. Cozy walking trails, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Här hos oss på Solgården erbjuder vi detta fina brygghus på ca 30kvm med sovloft (låg takhöjd) 3 bäddar och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Men med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir utrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sköna sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter, enkelkajaker för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
