Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

På terrassen finns det bord & stolar 🙌 Boendet består av 2 stugor: - en 30m² fullutrustad studio/stuga med en 180cm dubbelsäng & en 130cm bäddsoffa - en 10m² liten stuga med två 90cm sängar (denna saknar vatten & toalett 💦) Obs! Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med promenadavstånd till havet. Varför inte avsluta dagen med en stund i vår vedeldade bastu. Vacker natur och fina promenadstråk längs vattnet. Elbilsladdning finns att tillgå vid behov. Närmaste mataffär ligger i Edvalla, 8 km bort. Boendet har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 180cm, kök och vardagsrum, badrum med dusch och tillgång till tvättmaskin. Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av hyresgäster. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Här hos oss på Solgården erbjuder vi detta fina brygghus på ca 25kvm med loft (låg takhöjd) med 3 bäddar och bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrummet. Med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir boendeutrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. It is 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake a 30-minute walk from the cabin.
