Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !
