Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Renovated (2020) cozy guest apartment of approximately 35 sqm in an old former pig house in the middle of Österlen with unobstructed views of the wide fields. Hammenhög is the nearest village. (2.5 km away) The apartment is adapted for two people. Open-plan with social area, kitchen with dining area with space up to the sleeping loft where the loft staircase leads up to the double bed. With a ten-minute car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs, where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with a large patio is rented out for the 3rd year. The residence is about a 1-minute walk from the train station, which has good connections to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and further to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs, there is a café, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to purchase a departure cleaning and this is booked before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.
