Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gassin

Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Angélique and Xavier hosted us very well. We had a wonderful week. The accommodation is very well located 10 minutes from the beach. The place is exactly as described on Airbnb. The decoration is very neat and modern. Our entire stay was very successful. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur. We would definitely go back. Thanks to our host for his kindness and hospitality.

A beautiful apartment with fine finishes well cared for and with all comforts , a stone's throw from the sea and all the main amenities, not far from the motorway toll booth,the owner Jean Michel is very available on time and accurate,a real superhost value for money very high. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful apartment. Excellently equipped with two bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub!). Super quiet for sleeping. You can walk anywhere to get supplies. A quick walk up to the old town. The host is really responsive and nice. The apartment is on top of another apartment in a house, so it’s not a block of apartments and no one is overhead. Which is really nice. The parking is directly in front of the front door which is excellent. The kitchen is super well equipped. The linens are great, including the towels. The beds are comfortable. Also, there is a TV (The description says there isn’t). Large fridge. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee maker. My daughter and I really had an excellent stay for a week.

Very nice house, a little in its own juice but well equipped and very nice (high chair, baby bed, beach games for children) The area is very quiet, great vacation!

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: baby bed, bath towels, everything was provided. The exterior is superb, with a hot tub. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the touches (Christmas decorations, tree)

Fanny's cottage is very well placed. Everything is within easy walking distance and really close! The environment is peaceful. The house is really convenient with nice amenities. This was our third stay at this wonderful home. We keep coming back because the location in town is so close to all the restaurants and boutiques. The host Chiara is very responsive and the home has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We really enjoyed staying at Clara's apartment. The complex and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The amenities were completely sufficient for us and everything was available to have a relaxing stay. We hope to be able to come back😊.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

The apartment is very nice and functional, everything necessary is available and of good quality. The balcony is great, views of the countryside including horses and donkeys in the pasture. A shop right around the corner that is also open on Sundays. Beach within walking distance, also a very nice way there. The heating was on upon arrival, the apartment warm, everything clean and tidy. Anytime again! ...

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..

Very clean and very well-equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. incredible view of the salt marshes and flamingos and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Host was very responsive to our requests.

We stayed at Arnaud's place for 5 winter months. The perfect place to spend the winter. Close to the beach, and it was up to 22 steps. Next to the apartment, great area for running. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. A great starting point for exploring the Côte d 'Azur. The apartment has a very large balcony with a beautiful view and the possibility of eating a meal. Beds in both the bedroom and living room are very comfortable, with plenty of storage space. A very kind and helpful host if needed. We'll be back as soon as we can.
