Our family from Massachusetts, Northern CA, Central CA and Arroyo Grande were able to have an awesome family reunion, enjoy Easter and 3 birthdays at your beautiful home. Perfect size, very clean, plenty of room, fun game room, kids toys, relaxing outside patios and cozy spa. Very welcoming environment. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

Great location and grounds. Clean and bright. Washer and dryer and dishwasher all work great. Plenty of supplies like soap and TP. Cooper was great and really helpful. There weren't coffee filters but the Vons is close. (The Vons was out of basket coffee filters so prolly helps to bring some and also bring some plastic utensils) Not quite enough hand towels for fastidious types but paper towels were available and it was great to have 2 1/2 baths. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't this trip and the pillows are quite tall and firm so it was not comfortable for me. Nice to have closet space and drawer space. Really a nice place. Heater works swell. Fridge is spacious. Turns out a relative lives down the street so I can honestly say there are great neighbors. There is a wonderful park with a great playground five minutes away. Check-in and out was easy and fast. The outdoor space is wonderful. Really close to a perfect stay.

Great stay and 100% recommended! We are a group of 3 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The host provides everything we need: high chair, pack n play, kids' dining ware and toys. The hot tub and fire pit add credits. Everything is clean and easy to use. The shower is great. The beddings are comfortable and clean. We will come and stay again if passing by!

This lovely home was perfect for our trip conveniently located between Downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB where we were visiting our niece. It was cozy, clean, and tucked away in a beautiful nature-filled neighborhood and had everything we needed. Thank you Steve & Michelle for a wonderful stay and your excellent hospitality!

We had a fabulous weekend stay; walking distance to the beach. Place is extremely comfy and cozy and our fur baby had the best time of his life. Definitely will be coming back.
