Monthly Rentals in Gelert

The deck with hard covered gazebo, dining table and lots of deck chairs allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the lake and outdoors, even when it rained. The living/dining area had lovely low windows which allowed views of the lake and loons from indoors. The beds (queen, double & single) were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful, peaceful place to find solitude and take a break from city life and stress. Great base for hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and other winter activities. When you arrive you can immediately tell you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your stay, even if just doing nothing but enjoying the forest and wetland scenery. Mala and Terry are friendly and responsive hosts, who care about their place and their guests. I miss it already!

What a wonderful stay! Natalie and Jason have created such a beautiful and cozy cottage getaway! The space was very clean and had all the amenities you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful weekend escape. We had some questions turning on the fireplace but managed to figure it out with the fast and friendly help from Natalie and Jason. Thank you so much!

This place was truly stunning. Beautiful, peaceful getaway in the woods with amazing decor and amenities. Cassidy was a super responsive host and it was easy to find and access. We will definately be back!
