Comfortable home in a mountain village

On the ground floor, a living room, a living room and an equipped kitchen, a laundry room. Upstairs a large bedroom of 16 m2 with bed 160 and a second of 14 m2 with bed 2 pers and bed 1 pers, and a mezzanine with bed 1 pers. Night corners are well separated. One bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet. On the ground, a cabin with all recreational equipment (barbecue, garden furniture, games ...). The house is bordered by a very little road (serving 1 secondary residence).

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

The accommodation comprises a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with bay windows, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink, 2 terraces. It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.
