You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Philippe and Pemmy will have the pleasure of welcoming you to an independent maisonette (next to their residence) on the edge of the forest in the small hamlet of Ossat, nestled above Marignier, and at the foot of the Môle. Nearby you will find many hikes, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, mountain biking... and you will be close to the ski resorts: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', Les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50'. Geneva and Annecy are less than an hour away.

Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.
