Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Genk

We arrived a little earlier than expected in the region. Jean-François went out of his way to let us check in earlier. The cottage is perfect for a stay with children, there is a playground and our children enjoyed playing outside. Cottage in tip top, very clean, beds nicely made, towels are provided. We have greatly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

it was a great getaway! From Eupen, you have a good start to get to other cities. the apartment had everything you need and is a pure children's paradise! there were games, duplo stones, wooden railway available and even in the hallway a small light with motion detector. here is really everything thought of for families! Thank you so much! we will definitely be back as we felt at home!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Very nice cottage a few kilometers from the plateau des Hautes Fagnes, with garden and private path. Two large tables for dining in the garden, comfortable interior, with beautiful views to the valley. Only small downside: linens and bath towels are not included and it is not mentioned on the listing page. We'd love to come back!

Very nice and neat stay, near the citadelle and the center of Namur. With a group of friends enjoyed Namur for a few days, excellent communication with host. Sightseeing and downtown are within walking distance. Repeatable.

Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

We had a nice two nights here. Host was very communicative in terms of check in, and he left us a bottle of champagne which was very nice. There was lots of coffee, tea, etc available. Overall place was clean and beds comfortable.

Very nice apartment, clean and with everything you need on site. Parking place is available in front of the house. Close to Namur and ideal to visit easily without being in the heart of the city. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a very nice stay! We were only there for 1 night and came purely to rest after a hard day of competition. Wonderfully quiet place. We loved the beds. Everything was clean, tidy and fresh. Also nice that there were shutters, so it was nice and dark with sleeping. Lea is a friendly woman. We'd love to come back

We enjoyed our 5 day vacation in this lovely town. Everything was very good. Clean cozy apartment with all facilities. It was especially nice that everything was thought out in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect too. Near Terme 2000 and historic magnets. The hosts were very welcoming and responsible. Stayed at this Airbnb for a 2 week period and it was wonderful. It is in walking distance to the main centers with restaurants, as well as several grocery stores. It was very clean and we appreciated having a cleaner come half way through our stay to exchange our linen. Would 100% book again if we ever return to Maastricht!

Had a wonderful stay. Christa was friendly gave good hiking tips and there were maps with junction walks in the studio. We definitely want to come back.

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!

Everything worked out great, Raphaël and his wife are nice hosts, questions and problems were answered and resolved directly. The welcome beer also tasted good after the long drive 🤗 We'll be back.

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to NP Hoge Kempen and Maastricht. Ideal for weekend cycling/hiking in nature or for city trip Maastricht. Very well maintained, smooth communication with owner. Garage to store bicycles is a plus.
