Everything is updated and clean from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery. The condo is in the downtown Hotel District, walking distance to Falcons and Hawks games. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate this beautiful city and our lovely Southern weather! If you prefer, Savannah now offers Uber, and there are always plenty of taxis and pedicabs available as well! If you choose to bring your own vehicle, please note that the street parking is typically readily available, but please be mindful of the areas that have meters and the posted sweep zone times! PLEASE be mindful of the half step at the top of the spiral staircase! We love the historic feature, but hate that half step, so please, be very careful!

Street parking with residential parking pass provided. Upstairs unit private balcony with fire feature. Plenty of room for up to 8. Formal dining room. Garden yard with several outdoor living spaces. Situated high up in Midtown's best corner location offers loads of privacy, yet all the action you wish to see. Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. Free off-street parking. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and nightlife. Heart of Morningside/Virginia Highland. Near Piedmont Park. Large bedroom w/bath on main with additional full bath on main. 2 bedrooms with bathroom between upstairs. No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No firearms. Please observe city noise ordinance. (11 pm - 8:00 am). We provide plastic ware for the pool - please no glass of any kind outside. We charge a $500 fee for any evidence of glass out back. Our goal is for you to have a great trip. Outdoor security cameras on site. We prefer rental age 25 and over. Centrally located between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Phipp's Plaza and Lenox Mall. Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included. In ground pool with one of the few diving boards in the neighborhood. Very open and light. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud comings and goings between 10 pm and 8 am. The entire home. The master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. There is a full bathroom also on the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bathroom between them. Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour and we are happy to meet them in person. Morningside/Virginia Highland is an oasis within the city. The house is in the city, a short walk to local shops and restaurants; parks and outdoor activities are on the doorstep. Sporting events and concerts are also a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, MARTA Our favorite neighborhood and one of the best/most convenient in Atlanta.

Gorgeous Bungalow on the Beltline

This stunning bungalow was featured in the 2014 Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. It features 12 ft ceilings, comfortable, colorful furniture, soothing jetted baths in 2.5 bathrooms, and a charming backyard with a grill for relaxing afternoons and starlit evenings. I renovated this 1882 bungalow in 2014, and it was featured on the Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. The home has a spacious, open-concept, contemporary feel, with a warmth of eclectic furnishings. The space features a 10 ft' kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, decorative fireplace, 3 bedrooms (with high-end queen-sized beds) and 2.5 baths, with two jetted tubs. You can also enjoy the charming backyard from the backporch, with ample lounge and dining seating. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Old Fourth Ward is an exciting neighborhood home to locals and A-list celebrities. It boasts trendy restaurants and bars, the historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as Martin Luther King's birth home and museum all nearby. There are three Marta stations within 2 miles of the house; one is 1.2 miles. UBER is extremely convenient and always available within a few minutes, so I don't ever bother with taxis. Uber is also about half the price to the airport as taxis. There is also a bike rental shop 1 block away on the Beltline, where you can walk or bike to Piedmont Park, Midtown and Inman Park. Definitely check out the "Beltline"; it's a hugely popular paved biking and walking trail just 1 block from the house that takes you through great neighborhoods and ends at Atlanta's largest park (Piedmont Park). Locals go there to see and be seen, bar hop, and exercise.

Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Aiden

Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
