It’s a standard studio in an apart-hotel, everything as expected. The host was responsive and quick to reply. But the best thing about this apartment is the view from the window – it’s absolutely amazing!

This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Thanks!

The place is located at walkable distance from the main road, however at late nights you might want to opt for a taxi instead of walking. The house was clean and heated, with running hot water. The place is cosy and suitable for a couple. We had an easy time checking in and out.

The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

It was very pleasant to be in such an interestingly designed apartment with an abundance of wood, paintings and authentic things. I had a great time in such a cozy and aesthetically pleasing place. The communication with Dimitri was excellent. I will miss this house. 🤗

It was an amazing stay! The place was nice, well-equipped, and neat, just as shown in the photos - if not better. The host, Eteri, was incredibly helpful and always responsive, making the whole experience smooth and great. I'll definitely stay here again on future visits, hopefully. Highly recommended!

The apartments are very clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dining table and a separate working space, which is especially convenient for long stays. The host is always available, responds quickly and is accommodating - we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later, for which we thank you. Among the disadvantages - high audibility, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about outside the wall. We were unlucky and there were noisy residents nearby. Other than that perfect.

I had the most amazing stay at Mikha’s apartment! The place is full of interesting little touches that make it unique and memorable. The view is absolutely stunning, and the bathtub is such a lovely bonus. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Tbilisi. Check-in was super easy with the lockbox, which made arrival stress-free. A heads-up—bring some small coins if you plan to use the lift, as it requires change. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. It’s easy to get around using Bolt—just be sure to factor in some extra time because the traffic can be crazy. The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that
