Villa vacation rentals in Georgia

We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

This was a lovely house with great amenities and beautiful yard. We stayed as a large family and it was perfect. Bathrooms for each bedroom is a great feature. The living and dining area downstairs was great to hang out as well as great outside seating. Hosts met us there when we arrived and were super helpful and welcoming. They gave us information about the area and were very responsive over the phone as well when we had questions. The house it very close to the beach and we could walk back and forth easily. The outside shower was a really nice feature when getting back from the beach to wash off all the sand. There is a small grocery store nearby that has all the necessities if you don’t want to drive out of the town. We tried a couple of open air restaurants nearby as well and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Since it was early in the morning when the plane arrived late, david was patiently waiting for us to arrive, david's family was very enthusiastic about some of the basic features of the homestay, and recommended places to visit near the accommodation.It's really one.welcome david family to travel to china

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

The cabin is very nice, there is a fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine. We stayed with friends for 13 people, fried barbecue, went to the sauna, bathed in the pool. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and the house was cold to sleep at night. We chose to heat the pool (300 gel for an additional fee) instead of heating the house. We didn't know that the pool would be heated for extra money and that there would be either a warm house or a warm pool to choose from.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

The place was very comfortable. Pool was clean and we had a lot of space outside. House itself was very clean and well equipped. 10/10 recommended.
