Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Georgia

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

The building is located in the center of Batumi's promenade - you can walk 5Km in each direction. The apartment is designed like a boutique hotel. All amenities are there and working. The rooms are beautiful, from the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling through the gorgeous wallpapers and down to the tiles on the floor. Although misfortune had a lightning strike the building just before we checked-in and kill both elevators - we had a great time. Vaja is such a true Georgian gentleman - he offered to carry our heaviest suitcase for us, all 13 floors up (I refused, of course... but he did repeatedly offer to...). My mother-in-law was celebrating her 70th birthday and Vaja even took it upon himself to leave her a surprise birthday present. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and I must commend Vaja on truly being a "super host"!

The apartment's location is great, right next to a beautiful promenade. Dato is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. The apartment was clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, equipped with everything you might need. Thanks for the hospitality!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Nino is a great host! She recommended must see attractions and provided complete walking guide throughout the city which helped a lot! Also, she was super responsive! The unit is located in Old town and is close enough to bars, cafes and many attractions. There is an electric heater and no central heating or AC. The only issues I encountered was: the noise and footsteps from the upper floor was loud. The pressure of hot water was a bit low in the morning. Other than that I had a wonderful experience!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

To begin with , We requested late check in and she was graceful to allow us and also requested an early breakfast which can agreed too . Beautiful, well maintained place, peaceful, great views from balcony , helped us with bonfire and was always responsive. I would recommend to stay here and if given a chance, would surely visit again and stay at Nino's place. 5 stars for sure..

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

We had a great stay at Natalie's house. It is spacious, very clean, thoughtfully furnished, has all amenities (automatic dishwasher, WLAN, washing machine, etc.) and is in a great location very close to the beach at the Black Sea (you hear the sound of the waves from the house/rooms). The area is very quiet, chill and perfect to unwind as there isn't really a lot of social life. No big city, no village, nothing really. Just the house, pine trees and the sea. (We stayed there during December, so I cannot say how crowded/noisy the place is during summertime) A car really is a must if you want to stay there. In addition, Natalie is a wonderful host, warm-hearted, very communicative, supportive and welcoming. Thanks for that wonderful stay!

Нам все очень понравилось ! Кухня оборудованна на все 200%, есть абсолютно все необходимые вещи . Очень комфортно было в доме . Комнаты отличные , супер терраса , рядом пляж 150 шагов . Песок на пляже просто фантастический . Вечером приезжает машина с фруктами и овощами , можно все купить. Очень отзывчивый хозяин , все что не просили, по какому вопросу не обращались все делали . Искренне Вас благодарим !!! Обязательно вернемся на след год . Впечатления остались восхитительные !!!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Adoramos a estadia, studio exatamente como nas fotos, muita comodidade, cozinha completa! Tinha um mercadinho em frente e um mercado maior e mais completo a cerca de 500metros do edifício! Vano respondeu sempre muito rápido e sempre atencioso. Tudo perfeito, a única coisa que poderia melhorar é a internet que ficava parando de funcionar e voltando varias vezes durante o dia!

L’appartamento è splendido, con ampio soggiorno e terrazza, cucina e bagni accessoriati per ogni necessità. Il quartiere è molto carino e si possono raggiungere a piedi molti bei locali. È stato un perfetto soggiorno conclusivo del nostro viaggio in Georgia. Consigliatissimo!

Our flight landed at 03:55 in the morning, and even though the check-in time was 14:00, Mariam did us a huge favor by having the house cleaned and ready for us. After a long overnight flight, it felt amazing to arrive and relax. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials mentioned were available in the house. We stayed as two families—7 adults and 2 children in total. The house was very spacious and airy, so everyone felt comfortable. The terrace and the view were fantastic. Luckily, the weather was great, and we spent most of our time on the terrace. The kids loved the party room. Having internet and Netflix in the house was especially great for the children. Mariam was always reachable and helped us with everything. She was truly an excellent host.

3 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen, eve giriş fotograflarla o kadar güzel anlatılmış ki hiç zorluk yaşamadık :) lokasyon olarak harika, 3 adım sonra kendinizi tiflisin en güzel caddesinde buluyorsunuz :) Ev gayet temizdi. Banyo için tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Şampuan saç kurutma makinesi hepsi vardı. Isınma ve Sıcak su konusunda da hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Gelirsek tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer :)

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
