Beautiful location, very peaceful. Was so nice to sit and relax on the veranda.

This place is fabulous. It housed 17 adults comfortably. Extremely spacious. There were two sitting areas we never touch because there are so many areas to sit in and relax. The male figures enjoyed the “man cave” on the 2nd floor. Lots of refrigerator/freezer space. Plenty bathrooms (some are Jack/Jill setup). Plenty of counter space in the kitchen and great lighting throughout the Airbnb with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Most important…Host was away in a place with a 6 hour time difference, but this did not stop her from addressing our non-urgent needs. ie…”where is the extra linen, we cannot find extra paper towels”, how do we adjust thermostat for a particular area of the house, etc.” If you are sitting inside this house looking out of the front window, the patio door on the back of the house or your bedroom’s sliding door the view is spectacular. Friends/family want to use this Airbnb as a yearly retreat from the outside world.

This home was perfect. Everything was clean, especially the linen and extra towles, they smelled amazing. Will definitely recommend them hand down.

This place is perfect for a couple of families with smaller kids, say ages 3 or 4 to 12. The mini golf was a big hit as was the garage converted to playroom area that was loaded with fun games for the kids We had a couple little issues to address during our stay and Austin was right on the spot. Very responsive! I would definitely recommend this home and would you rent it again.

Our stay here was great! The house was clean and had lots of space inside and outside to relax. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside under the covered patio which had a nice view of the pond. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying, "Thanks to Cereice and Jolynna for inviting us into their lovely home." They accommodated our early arrival and was patient with the errors made when booking the reservation. When we arrived, we couldn't believe that the home, from the exterior to the interior, was exactly like the photos posted on Airbnb, plus more. The home was inviting, with plenty of privacy, peace, and quietness (a massive exchange from the hustle and bustle in a crowded city), not to mention the Sweet Potato pie left for us on our arrival; what a great addition to our Thanksgiving Dinner! Once inside, I couldn't believe the space and cleanliness. The décor was perfect; the walls could breathe, a large, fully stocked functional kitchen, a garage for secure parking, a refrigerator, a deep freeze, an ice freezer, a washer, and a dryer. What more could we ask for in a vacation home? There were plenty of towels, sheets, and more bedding—no need or wander about running out of anything.

Jasmine was an amazing host. She responded very quickly to all my inquiries. Her homes were very modern and clean. The backyard is large and the decor is nice. Although, the houses are on a secluded, dead end street, we felt very safe. I would encourage anyone reading this to choose her homes for your next stay in Memphis.
