The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

On the ground floor the guest toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is not yet newly renovated, but can still be used to a limited extent.
