This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Sie befindet sich auf unserer seperaten Gästeetage, auf welcher wir noch weitere Zimmer vermieten. Sie können hier bei mehr als zwei Personen noch zusätzliche Zimmer mieten Ortsübliche Kurtaxe muss vor Ort gezahlt werden Es gibt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt eine Bushaltestelle Richtung Ortskern, ein Auto ist jedoch aufjedenfall zu empfehlen.

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes romantisches Winzerhäuschen im Weindorf Altschweier, mit Blick auf die umliegende Rebenlandschaft. Der Nationalpark Schwarzwald ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt auf dem Ortenauer Weinpfad gelegen, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, zu wandern und mit dem Rad zu fahren. Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet. . Ein Pelletofen mit Flamme sorgt für behagliche Wärme. Zum Winzerhäuschen gehört in der Nähe ein Sitzplatz auf unserem Winzergrundstück.

Unser kleines, denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhäuschen ist im Jahre 1747 erbaut und befindet sich im wunderschönen Murgtal und in nur wenigen Fahrminuten Entfernung zu Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe und dem Elsaß. Direkt ab der Haustüre gibt es wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten mit traumhaften Aussichtspunkten. Hier können Sie Ruhe und Kraft tanken. Die Kurstadt Baden-Baden lockt mit ihrem unvergesslichen Charme und außergewöhnlichen Erlebnissen wie dem sagenumwobenen Casino.

In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.
