Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

The apartment "Biberbau" is a small cozy apartment on the Niebling farm in a quiet location at the Hohe Rhön nature reserve. A recently redesigned bedroom creates a cozy break. The 140cm bed can be used for two, but is also ideal for a single stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mini kitchen in the living/dining room. In the yard you can park for free and charge the electric car if necessary at the usual price.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. The stream, right under the balcony, gives this apartment the touch of a small Rhön Venice, which also gave the apartment its name "Rhönedig." The beautiful Rhön is ideal for relaxing, unwinding, hiking, romantic walks, mountain bike tours, winter sports and great excursions in the area. The apartment is completely new and is currently being completed.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
