Monthly Rentals in Ghirlanda

Booking just posted - 5 minutes later first contact with Serena. Top ! A bit of concern when arriving in Massa Maritima (what to expect?, difficult to navigate narrow busy streets?), but Serena was waiting for us on the street side to lead us to the loading point for luggage. The apartment is as you see it in the pictures, and the view is indeed super ! Pellet stove warmed us up on one colder evening without any problems (stay in April). Massa Maritima and its surroundings are a town to cherish in your memory, and combination with this nearby yet quiet apartment is simply ideal ! Really regret that we had no longer booked, most of what we had planned would also have been available from M.M. (except Assisi). We are only traveling on Airbnb for 2 years, but of the 6 stays, this is the best experience so far, both to accommodation and location as a host! See you next time, Serena (and Matteo) !

The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

Lovely loft apartment in a classic Tuscan hilltop village. Multiple nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs required to access the apartment.
