Vacation rentals in Gifford

We absolutely loved staying here! The hosts live on site, but separately from the airbnb, and they definitely gave us privacy! We were able to communicate with them quickly about how to use the heated pool and customize the hot tub to our preferred settings :) We utilized the fire pit and made s’more’s with a kit they provided, which was awesome!! Clean-up was just place your trash in the breezeway and clean your dishes - nothing excessive. Overall 10/10 visit and definitely recommend!!

A great stay for an extended weekend away with family. Property has so many little touches from snacks, to local recommendations, to the well appointed kitchen! What impressed me the most was the personal call from the owner when storms rolled through the area. Although never needed, we were informed of our shelter options just in case.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Photos do not do this place justice its absolutely beautiful. Additionally, this was a fully stocked kitchen trashbags, paper towels and coffee it was so nice not having to run to the store immediately. The layout is awesome and the lake view is gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

For anyone, but doubly so for aviation enthusiasts… this once home/control tower for an airstrip was chock-fill of tchotchkes and photo memorabilia… I need to return for a longer stay just to finish touring the stairwell. If you are in the area, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I’ve never stayed in such a cool place. It’s very comfortable and welcoming. Loved the throw blankets and comfy leather chair. Secluded and away from the hustle and bustle where I came from in MD. Loved the decorations. Well done.

Stayed at Justin’s place while visiting my son for mom’s weekend. Everything was perfect! One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Justin was flexible with check in and very responsive to messages. The home was super clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The couches and throws in the living room were soft and so cozy for watching tv and reading. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully available. Really nice selection of snacks too. Highly recommend Justin’s place to anyone visiting the area. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!

What a wonderful getaway. Although it rained most of our trip we enjoyed staying inside and driving around to find nearby covered bridges. The home was clean and we felt right at home. Thanks for having us! We hope to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool & stargazing.

Stood here a few days with the a family and things could not have been better. Its right off 41, in a perfect location, Turkey Run was 5 mins away, Shades was about 25. My kids loved the cabin feel of the place, we had a fire every night and made smores with the kit left for us. We hiked for 4 days and were done with the trails, but did not want to leave this beautiful place. It was absolutely spotless when we walked in. Will be back next year for sure!
