Argentario: overlooking the sea/establishment access

Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

The interior is no small feat with Pitigliano,the famous Thermal Thermals of Saturnia,Capalbio, etc. The apartments are simple but functional, all equipped with air conditioning and the necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation, all with equipped veranda overlooking the pool.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.
