Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gijón

Nuria is very nice, a good welcome and advice on places to eat. The house was very clean, just as it is in the photos.

good I recommend this stay. the location is great the quiet area to be in the countryside and spend a vacation disconnecting. the great area with field we were seeing cows , goats and many more animals since my daughter loves it. overall the whole house spectacular as in the photos. we felt right at home since the owners are awesome and great. thank you for everything

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

We have been in the house for a week, 4 families with children, and despite being more than the capacity of the house, we have been and we did very well. The house has only one bathroom, but outside it has another WC and shower that helped not collapse the one in the house. Monica is a super host, always attentive to any need, always available and willing to help and make recommendations of plans, places to visit and where to eat....very grateful and very happy of the holidays in her home!!!

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

I am happy to have found this apartment so cozy ..we went with my 3 children and we were delighted!!! Everything was very clean and tidy ☺️☺️ especially in the area where it is located is very quiet and she was very attentive. We look forward to coming back!!!

We had a great experience staying at Marco’s apartment! It had everything we needed and was conveniently located with easy access to everywhere. Although it didn’t have private parking, street parking was easy to find. Communication with Marco was perfect, and we also received a warm welcome from his sister. I would definitely love to come back again!

Had the loveliest time here, Belen is very kind and welcoming and even helped us book a restaurant which was great. We also had the privilege of trying her heavily cake which is a reason by itself to return again.

Our stay at B3nak1 stays was 10. The house was spotless, no lack of detail, exceeding our expectations; and the spectacular setting. 100% recommended to spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing

We stayed April 17th through the April 22nd, Ruben was a FANTASTIC host from the beginning to the end!! His apartment is as listed in the photos, very clean, spotless and pristine! We LOVED our stay there and the location was amazing! 100 percent recommended if you are in Oviedo and looking for a place to stay! Thank you, Ruben for everything!!

A great location. Close to bars and very lively area. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pellet stove came to us phenomenal because the truth is that these days are very cold. The bed is comfortable and the sofa is too.

Following the detailed instructions from the host is very important. If you follow her written instructions (and don't rely on GPS instead) - the suggestions are spot on and it will make sense when you arrive. By American standards the parking spaces and garage access are most appropriate for a sub/compact car. We found we didn't want to move the car given the narrow, 3 point turns, needed in a larger vehicle in a urban underground garage.

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; we were many and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and bring you with no problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was attentive whenever we needed. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.

Maria, the landlady, super friendly, thoughtful and helpful at all times. The villa has a lot of things, impossible to get bored apart from the views and the nature the place offers you. We repeat for sure!
