The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary)

Ammersee Atrium: 12 idyllic minutes' walk to the beach

The accommodation (barbecue) with 3 terraces invites you to experience the lake Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Simple overnight accommodation for guests who want to stay in Munich at a reasonable price. Approximately 10 minutes on foot to Puchheim S-Bahn station. The city centre / Munich Marienplatz is about 30 minutes away. A private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor, the guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has not yet been renovated, but can still be used to a limited extent.

The centrally located 3-room apartment is a place where you immediately feel at home. It is equipped with everything your heart desires and perfectly located. Both the S-Bahn, as well as the lake and supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are within easy walking distance. You can also quickly reach the A96 Munich/Lindau by car. The underground parking space also has a wallbox. But see for yourself - pictures are known to say more than 1000 words.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
