You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. It is tucked away on a hilltop overlooking the back 48 acres of the W2 Ranch. Enjoy your morning coffee while viewing a feeder attracting Whitetail Deer and Rio Grande Turkey among the roaming herd of Registered Texas Longhorns. After endless wineries and shopping, toast an incredible sunset, then relax while stargazing into the wide-open deep blue sky.

Live Oak Treehouse at The Meadow

The Live Oak is one of HoneyTree's original stilted luxury cabins built in a cluster of oaks on the Palo Alto creek. Relax in the hammock. Snuggle up in the nook by the round window for some reading. Soak in the private candlelit outdoor bathtub with an open view of nature (use it as a bath or a hot tub!). Retire to the king bed under lacy mosquito netting and twinkle lights. This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.
