The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and are still only a few kilometers from the state capital Mainz. You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a lying surface of 140x200cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

Both public transport (bus) and the widely used bicycle rental stations in Mainz can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Mombach train station is about 500 m away. Parking free of charge in the area. The size is about 45 m2.
