Located in an ancient Franciscan convent dating back to 1200. According to local historio, the convent building was the physical result of the transit of San Francesco d 'Assisi to Giovinazzo. The building boasts a splendid panoramic view as it overlooks the most characteristic area of the city called "Cala Porto", adjacent to the beautiful historic center. A member of the family lives discreetly in a separate area of the Palazzo.

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
