Vacation rentals with breakfast in Giulianova

We were looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful rural setting, and that's what we got! Aliesso's whole family were friendly and kind, and offer breakfast and dinner (additional cost). Dinner was most definitely the highlight of our time here. Everyone gathered around the table over a delicious meal cooked by Ivana, with phones at the ready for handy translation, telling tales and finding out more about our/their culture, lifestyle and customs. Aliesso played the du botte for us - which was very special! We felt welcome in this very homely environment. During our stay we traveled by car to the nearby attractions and when home again enjoyed a drink and snacks on the patio, along with Fork (the lovely dog) and numerous (sneaky) cats. For those seeking a friendly, quiet, rural stay in Abruzzo, choose Aliesso's place.

Mattia and Ezio's house is very nice, with attention to detail and immersed in a wonderful and relaxing environment. The house and garden have all the amenities you can want, even what you don't expect! Mattia and Ezio were more than kind and made us feel at home and pampered. Highly recommended and replicated experience!

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

We had a great time! Stefano is kind and knows how to give the right ideas for the area! You're very well and you feel very well too! walks by the sea or in the mountains, all reachable and then you can relax in the house! Beautiful place, nice people and lots to taste and see!

Easy easy handover of the key. Claudio responded reliably and quickly. Very nice reception and everything you needed was available. The apartment was also kept very clean! We were very enthusiastic about the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful apartment. We were provided with directions and were able to ask the hosts for any questions, so very helpful. As I said, we were very enthusiastic and can only recommend the place! :)

Germano was an amazing host. Very courteous, responsive and thoughtful . The home was exactly what we were hoping and exactly as shown on the web.

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had a beautiful vacation at Lucianos Place. On the first day he personally greeted us and walked us around the apartment and how everything worked. He had made a list of the best spots in town and the region so we didn't even have to plan on we're to go or what to do because of the great recommendations. For every question we had or the help we needed he was available to us and always had a helping hand. Thank you Luciano for the absolutely beautiful vacation we had thanks to you !! :)

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

Abruzzo is beautiful, stunning location. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Starting to plan our next trip and would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Very clean and tidy apartment in the 2000s style full of lights. The equipment is very welcome to have a full breakfast in the house.

mauro is a special person, kind and always ready for the customer. i recommend this place because it is very close to the beach and has all the comforts.

I was a little confused at first because I didn't know what to expect. A little by little I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. The explanations for check-in are very detailed, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with the delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back to those parts this will be my place again. Thank you very much

Giulia and her husband were fantastic hosts. The property is gorgeous and we found our room to be spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready at the same time. The homemade breakfast each morning was a lovely treat and Giulia was especially helpful in acting as a vacation planner and directing us to some beautiful spots to explore and some local places to try for dinner. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Fantastic experience! They still haven't finished this little slice of paradise but we had a great time! They are kind and beautiful people and formidable hosts, in fact they warned us about the closed premises and what were open to them. The views here are wasted and the view from the room is great! Also without it being included they offered us a very good international breakfast made in part of things prepared by them at the moment! I recommend going there and hope they finish the entire villa because it will be fantastic!

Andrea is one of the most kind hosts I have met. My sister and I unfortunately became ill on the trip and he checked in with us regularly and provided support. Incredibly communicative and went out of his way. Wish I could give more stars. The room was clean and well-kept with a spacious bathroom. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had a communal kitchen that was stocked with a variety of utensils and a clean fridge. The housekeeper Lucia was also extremely helpful and kind. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Thank you both.
