Unique Unit A was hand built in the 90's by an artist that loved Mexico...and it shows. Although it is "dated", it is cozy, clean, affordable, has 2 free off street parking spaces and is .6 of a mile to downtown. -3 separate rentals on property. -Shared parking BEHIND the house. -Must walk down outside stairs to entrance. -YOU WILL HEAR FOOTSTEPS & NOISE IF THERE ARE GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS. -Curtain on patio for added privacy. -We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -NO LOCALS.
