Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Large well-equipped holiday home on a private plot close to forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore No car traffic, very suitable for children. We treasure our house and make use of it ourselves as much as we can. We care that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you'll help us out with this. The price does not include electricity. Billed afterward according to actual consumption and current price. Free wood/wood. You need to bring along your own bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This is the place to go with kids. Secluded, closed 1400m2 garden, nearby beach with shallow water and small waves. Slow living, playing games, reading a book, swimming, eating ice cream, laying in the sun, catching crabs with the kids. We provide two SUP boards (and lifewests) for water fun.
