The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, is located on the edge of the forest and is 78 m² and has underfloor heating in all rooms. It consists of a bright living room with large dining area, an open kitchen with stove and cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishes, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and 3 bedrooms.

Our place is in an amazing turn of the century house located right opposite the park. Oak flooring, 4 meter stucco ceilings complete the look of this 200 sqm rarity. The apartment is filled with art and unique interior and features a balcony, a nice patio playground and a Berlin-rarity - a working fireplace. Prenzlauer Berg is around the corner as well as public transportation to the city center. 5 guests means 3 grown ups + kids. If you are more grown ups we might have to add a surcharge

Our house was always very lively. We have taken in foster children for many years. In the meantime, they have grown up :) We have rebuilt something and can now offer you three beautiful rooms (nice and cool in summer) on the lowest floor of our house. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
