The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Bright and spacious private recently built self-contained annex within a friendly family home. Ideal quiet location, close to town, local amenities, bars and restaurants. Close to Bath Road, bus stops, hospital and train station. Separate entrance with key safe entry. Small new kitchen area with hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. Lounge area has large comfy sofa and TV. Views into a large garden with own seating on the decking. Comfy bed, own bathroom with shower. Off road free parking.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Kenworthy Annexe is situated next to the main house in the pretty village of Longhope. The village is just to the north of the beautiful Forest of Dean with its wonderful cycle trails, walks and other outdoor activities. It is also close to Symonds Yat and Ross-on-Wye with many walking routes along the Wye valley. The historic city of Gloucester lies east of the village with it's cathedral and reclaimed docks. Tanglewood Annexe is in the countryside, in a quiet lane near the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal. The Annexe overlooks a beautiful apple orchard. The property is only a few minutes drive or pleasant cycle / walk to Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge. Wild Cranes can be heard and seen in the orchard and fields as well as a variety of other birds and wildlife. The annexe is within walking distance of two pubs, and a cafe and they provide good food, all day, including breakfast.
