Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Το studio βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο σε ένα από τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης. Απέχει 30 μ. απ' τον σταθμό των ταξί και το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ του κέντρου της Πάργας και 200 μ., χωρίς ανηφόρες, απ' το λιμάνι. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, wifi και tv 40''.
