The location of my house is on the hill from which you can enjoy the scenery on Lake Garda. Within 6 km there is a beach which can be reached on foot or by bicycle. The village of Smołdzino is one of the most attractive and unique places in Poland. 65% of the municipality belongs to Slowinski National Park.

Go swimming, fishing (licence can be purchased in the local shop), boating in the lake (paddle boat provided). Bring your dogs and go forging in the woods. If it's raining, toast marshmallows in the fireplace (there is central heating too!) . Or just sit back, play cards together and enjoy the view of the lake from your armchair.

Built in 2022, the house consists of 2 floors: - on the ground floor (living room with dining room and fireplace, bathroom with shower, separate kitchen - fully equipped); - upstairs (two bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub); The house is air-conditioned. Outside, we provide a 20 sqm roofed terrace, a spacious playground, a wood-fired hot tub.

The year-round Zielone Niebo cottage is located in an incredibly charming place in the landscape park. A fairy-tale garden, pond, waterfall, swamps, forest, lake, morning concerts of cranes, frogs and birds will make you feel like you are in heaven. Guests have access to a garden of over 4,000 m2, where there is a gazebo with barbecue facilities, swings, an observation point (pulpit) and a place to relax, fish and light a fire by the pond.
