I had such a nice and relaxing stay at this place, the highlight being the hosts who were so warm and welcoming and the house and the kitchen were pre stocked with all the stuff we might need for our stay. I was visiting Goa for the first time, and now I’m going to stay here every time I am in now.

I had a very lovely stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Revati was an extremely helpful host and was incredibly responsive and polite whenever I had a question. The property is beautiful, very peaceful, beautiful pool and a nice gym. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

The property was brilliant and was very well maintained. From the furniture to the bathrooms, everything looked fresh and new. There is enough parking space too. Games like TT, Air Hockey, Foosball kept us enganged inside the house. The house staff also were very kind and helpful during our stay. Overall, a beautiful experience which made our trip to Goa a lot more enjoyable.

A hidden gem in South Goa, this place has everything you need. Exactly like the photos, this place is very spacious and is great to have a get together for 15 people easily. You also get a maid who will make sure that the place is spic and span everyday. Did not mind paying her for her work since it is a big place. The host was gracious enough to allow a late check out and did everything and much more than what I asked for. Truly a remarkable stay. Will definitely come again. Thank you for an amazing experience!

A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Luis place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. Luis was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great local tips. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again. *Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

We had the most perfect stay at Grant’s apartment - truly nothing could have been better! Grant and Nigel are both incredibly lovely, excellent communicators and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. The apartment itself is extremely well located just a short 5-minute walk up to the beach, minutes away from great restaurants and grocery stores, and has a peaceful backyard balcony. The entire space is super clean, cozy and really well equipped - the kitchen had absolutely every tool you could need, which is a rare thing in rented accommodations these days. Most importantly for us, absolutely every detail from the choice in linens and furnishings, to the cleaning solutions, was carefully selected so as to have the least impact on the planet. We have never stayed in an accommodation that was so well thought out, so environmentally conscious and just felt so much like home. This is a very very special place that we will be sure to return to again and again.

A cosy place in a gated society. We faced no issues while checking in or during the stay, but there's only 1 bathroom, but it shouldn't be a big issue.. Monika was helpful with some local recommendations as well, great stay overall. Will recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Goa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic experience. The host, Ms. Meenu, is extremely responsive and always available when needed. Additionally, the caretaker, Ms. Anupa, is warm and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay in North Goa.

I stayed here just for a night, definitely felt like home. Compact house but very clean! It has a great view of the backwaters, a spacious balcony with sitting setup. Overall it was very peaceful and comfortable. The host was very kind to allow my family for a quick freshen up in the morning before I checked out. I highly recommend this place for a group of 1 to 3 people!

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

This was my first trip to Goa and Savio’s place just felt amazingly comfortable!!! I loved how prompt, organized and detailed they were even before we started our stay. Their place was ideal, it had all we needed, right from the essentials to complimentary snacks😉. The housekeeping people also did a really good job. Savio and Lucy are the most responsive and coolest hosts we have met so far, they handled everything seamlessly. Their home was picture perfect just like how we saw in the photos and it’s so spacious and beautifully articulated that we fell in love with the place and wish we had a home like that😊 I would highly recommend you to book their place whether you come with your friends or family, I am sure they will make you feel right at home!!!!
