The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, bright large rooms and exciting furnishings make the house something very special. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitz mountains.

Here you can relax in our magnificent construction trailer "Helgard". Absolutely no one can see you here, no property or dirt road has insight into this place. You have the place all to yourselves. The simple life awaits, a place to relax. Seeing the darkness and the stars, making a fire, being naked under the apple tree, and spending the whole day lazing around. We offer our large holiday apartment in the former manor house in Gleina on the edge of the "Oberlausitzer Heide- und Teichlandschaft" biosphere reserve. The following excursion options and attractions are nearby: Guttauer Teiche nature trail, Olbasee, Kleinwelka Dinosaur Park Bärwalder See/Seenland, Quitzdorf + Bautzen reservoirs, Berzdorfer See, historic old town of Bautzen Many popular cycling routes, such as the Seeadlerrundweg.

You will feel at home in our comfortable, newly and modernly furnished rooms in a quiet, natural location on the outskirts of Bautzen. The apartment is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. 2 bedrooms are connected by a connecting door, so one of the bedrooms is only accessible via the other bedroom. TV and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
