Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4-Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

The transport connections (highway 8 minutes, bus 5 minutes on foot, shopping 8 minutes on foot) and shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes. Bad Belzig offers you a train connection, from where you can quickly take the Regiobahn to Potsdam or Berlin. The small town also has more to offer. There is a spa, a castle, many hiking trails and the Europa bike path that the beautiful Fläming offers you. Ideal for a little break from stressful everyday life.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Pool and hot tub (covered outside) are of course also available and are included. Please contact us in advance. 😊

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

A magical place, the cottage is surrounded by nature on a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cottage was created with loving work and is newly built. The goal was to offer modern comfort (Wi-Fi, warm water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. The hot tub can be booked on site (€40 per stay) Charcoal, lighters and wood will be provided. There is also tea, mineral water and coffee

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
