Indiara is an excellent host! Very quiet, helpful and concerned about your guest. The only negative point was the lack of Wi-fi in the residence, but the signal from the cell phone picks up very well and it was possible to get around without major problems. I would definitely stay again

Flat is great and comfy!! I spent 60 days in this flat and it was simply an amazing experience. The place is super well located, on the side of nature and glued to the mall – perfect for those who want tranquility without giving up the convenience. I was working on a work in the mall (I am Architect) and the logistics could not have been better. The flat is well equipped, comfortable and has a super pleasant climate. But the highlight goes to the host: attentive, helpful and always ready to help. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, you can book without fear! It's super safe place!!!

i liked the apartment and the surroundings. Parque Sando, bar pilao and bar 1008 at 200 meters away. Not to mention that in the building there is a garage with valet, grocery store, swimming pool, beauty salon, manicure and breakfast for those who want to buy.

We were in the apartment for a weekend, me, my wife and two friends, and we really enjoyed the stay! The accommodation is well located, clean, organized and has met our needs very well. We feel comfortable and comfortable throughout the period. As a constructive criticism, it is worth mentioning that we had difficulty with the access door to the bathroom, which was very hard to open. The shower could be better and we noticed the presence of some cockroaches in the apartment. We also miss the available blankets. Overall, it was a great experience and we give it 5 stars! These small adjustments for sure can make the stay even better for the next guests. Top!
