Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gonio

We had a trip to Batumi as 3 mothers and 3 children. Nino's father and grandmother greeted us. They met our requests. We were very comfortable at home because there were children. It was clean. First of all, we hesitated that it was far from the city center, but we were in the center in 10 minutes at the latest. It's a great house, especially when you stay with a child. We went in the winter but I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable in the summer.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

We came to this house specifically to give birth and were very happy with our choice. The location was just perfect – the maternity hospital was very close, which was a huge plus for us. The house is very cozy, and after childbirth it was possible to calmly go out with the baby for walks in the yard. It's quiet and peaceful, just perfect for recovery! And also pleased that the sea is close, literally 10 minutes on foot. Everything in the place itself was also arranged for comfort, hosts always responded to requests! The house is clean and tidy, the host is pleasant. We arrived with 4 children and it is equipped with everything the family needs, a large and spacious children's room. A pancake shop is close by and the promenade is within walking distance. We had a great time.

Great place to stay in Batumi. Check-in at any time with the help of reception. The location is ideal for both business and tourism. I recommend it to everyone!

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

My recommendation! The apartment is beautiful and cozy and there was all that was necessary. It's really near the old city and the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby too. Sophia answered quickly for all the questions. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you very much. I hope I'll come back.

Check-in was quick, the apartment is large, clean, has everything you need for life, very convenient location - close to the sea and all the sights. The host was always on Sayazi, polite, helpful, punctual.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

The apartment is excellent, clean, with great view from the balcony, with all facilities included (hot water, air conditioning, wifi, fridge, tv, etc.) At the local supermarket located at the 1st floor (ground floor) of the building, you can buy garbage bags, soap, napkins, salt, sugar and other stuff. Since it's near the beach, restaurants and small amusement park, it's quite noisy at night, with loud music until 12-1am. Better to be outside and catch the vibe. The building in which is located the apartment, is quite old and neglected from exterior. However, the inside is ok. Also most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The taxi is cheap if using Bolt app. The building has elevators, and we had a bad experience with the smaller one when the lights turned off inside and it stopped. Using the phone's flashlight, we found the cancel button on the panel and it helped to open the doors of the elevator. We didn't encounter the same issue with the larger elevator.

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.
