Vacation rentals in Gonzales

We booked Shana’s place and to be honest it exceeded our expectations. The location is pretty rural which is what we wanted and the street it is located on is well maintained you can tell everyone has pride of ownership and this place was no exception. Cottage was very purpose built and stocked from the hot tub to location of fan’s/ AC, lighting more than enough cooking supplies- abundant amount of pots and pans, utensils, rice cooker, crock pot etc. When we first arrived the kids were running around like a kid in a candy store, massage recliners in living room the outdoor kitchen with tv, hot tub and the closeness to the water… to admit me and the wife were doing the same. Hot tub nights, roasting marshmallows listening to the owls staring up at the stars with a daiquiri in the beautiful Lousiana swamp it doesn’t get much better. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!!! Book the experience now!

Amazing Stay with Excellent Amenities and Hospitality! We had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb! The property is packed with fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, a fun ping pong table, and a great grill setup for BBQs. The host was extremely flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much more convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this amazing space again. Highly recommended!

Talk about an amazing host! We've been to a bunch of ABNB's and this has been the best experience thus far. Beautiful home, much bigger than the photos even show. Super clean and comfortable. My family and I spent just under a week here and it was perfect. Far enough away from the city but still close enough. Walking the levee right next to the river was a great night. Lea is super responsive and proactive. Couldn't ask for a better host. Would give 6 stars if I could. We'll be coming back next year!

It was great for us, everything we needed was reasonably close and the neighbors were quiet.

Our stay with our 2 dogs and 2 year old was great! Jaime was always very responsive when we reached out with questions! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, we made the trip to downtown often and found the drive to be easy and felt very safe staying here for some relaxation between exploring. My only note is that there were some dogs nearby that a neighbor warned us can be not so friendly and occasionally get off leash. This of course is no fault of the host but helpful to know especially to be prepared if you plan to walk at night/alone.

Great place to stay on the bayou! This cabin has a nice view of the woods and sits on a quiet street, less than an hour from major cities and the coast, would recommend. Jace added some nice touches to make it seem more homely too.

My husband and I stayed here during our 5 night stay in Baton Rouge and we are already planning another trip. The Little Lagniappe has been thoughtfully set-up to cater to the guests comfort and needs. Everything was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a spa feel bathroom. Conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice suprise and very much appreciated. Thanks Alexandra for providing us with a home away from home. Looking forward to our next visit.
