Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Polderview 2, beautiful location in the middle of nature.

A lovely "tiny house" in the back in our spacious garden. Walk through the little bush for a while. Enjoy the view of the polder with locks and sheep from your comfortable chair. Completely complete with nice bed, toilet and shower, small kitchen and nice seat. Completely on your own... unwind. Come and enjoy Polderview 2. Studio Tjilp is a lovely and comfortable guesthouse with it's own entrance in the very centre of the Netherlands. You'll find both nature and culture nearby. The shops and restaurants of the small, cute city Leerdam are within walking distance. But there is also a beautifull landscape around. The house offers Wifi and a nice terrace in the green garden. It's a nice apartment, it's in the beginning of the village In a wonderful area, close to Den Boch and Tilburg. Within a distance of 1 kilometer there are several village shops, and 4 eateries. We are close to the National Park De Loonse and Drunense Dunes Dunes. 25 minutes drive from the Efteling and the Beekse Bergen. There are beautiful bike routes, there is also a storage room where the bikes can be located.

It is a good base for cycling along the Linge or a day of fishing at one of the many fishing spots nearby.
