The apartment was functional and fully met our expectations. The hosts were attentive and friendly. We recommend this accommodation!

Una vacanza bellissima. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve. Spazio cucina comodo e funzionale, 2 camere spazio e ben arredate, bagno ampio con 2 lavandini e doccia comoda. Completa il tutto uno splendido terrazzo abitabile con tavolo per pranzi vista mare (ampie tende proteggono dal sole) e una lavanderia comoda e utilissima. Il posto auto inoltre è privato e dietro casa. Accesso al mare facile e comodissimo tramite strada praticamente pedonale. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato con gusto.

Questo appartamento è la soluzione perfetta per visitare Udine Perfetta la posizione. Perfetto l’appartamento: accogliente, pulitissimo. Perfetto l’host: gentile, accogliente, disponibile. Un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. GRAZIE

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, el precio es muy justo, es muy grande y cómodo. Esta equipado y cerca de todo. Realmente todo le que dicen es verdad, lo recomiendo. Es silencioso, solo se escucha un poco a los vecinos porque los pisos son antiguos, pero realmente no molesta para nada. Lo unico que hay que tener en cuenta son los 4 pisos por escalera, pero en el centro histórico es muy común que esto sea asi, si podes subir escaleras alquilalo sin dudarlo.

Appartamento grande e arioso, arredato con gusto e in stile moderno. Ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi, nelle vicinanze bar e ristoranti, asporto e supermercati. Host attenti, attivi, molto cordiali. Consigliatissimo per visitare Trieste e dintorni!

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Katarina ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft zählte zu den schönsten, die ich jemals über Airbnb hatte.

Andreja was very responsive, the apartment had a nice view and it was more spacious than expected. It was extremely clean and the host is very kind, pays attention to details and gave us a warm welcome. Would definitely go back.

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! The house is beautiful and located right on the river. The house is comfortable and has all you need for a home away from home. We used the fireplace daily and made the stay cozy. Across the river there is easy walking along the river. The grocery shop in town has all the basics you need. The other nearby towns are 30-40 minutes away. Beautiful place to relax and have a peaceful time.

Our stay at Nikkas place was perfect. Our children felt home at once. Plenty of space, everything clean and a superbe kitchen. The communication with Nikka was easy and she gave us lots of tipps and suggestions for hiking, eating, city-walks,... I highly recommend that place.

Sabina’s house is truly luxurious! From the moment we arrived, her hospitality was exceptional, making our stay comfortable. Her home was spotless, and the spa area was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. On our second night, we experienced a heavy snowfall, and Sabina went above and beyond by bringing over a snow plow to clear the path for our car frequently! Every detail, big or small, was appreciated and made our stay even more special. Thank you, Sabina, for welcoming us so warmly into your home. We’ll definitely be back with more guests!

L'appartement est spacieux, agréable, calme, très bien équipé et parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Izola, Piran...L'environnement est très agréable avec de nombreuses balades au départ de la maison permettant d'admirer le paysage côtier. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Franko qui nous a offert des produits locaux. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse.

la zona è residenziale. Impagabile il parcheggio riservato interno. vista mozzafiato e terrazza enorme super attrezzata. Letti comodi anche il divano letto. Susanna è una host favolosa, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e pronta a risolvere ogni piccolo problema. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario anche di un "kit di sopravvivenza" alimentare per non dover correre subito a fare spesa. Trieste ha una ottima acqua potabile che non serve acquistare. I dintorni non offrono tanto al momento ma il polo museale nuovo è a due passi come pure la fermata del bus. il quartiere è molto tranquillo e si vede tutto lo Skyline di Trieste.Buon pinto di partenza per visitare Grotta gigante e Miramare

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und liegt super! Man gelangt von hier aus überall schnell hin, ist mitten im Leben und kann einfach runter gehen, um ein Restaurant zu suchen, einen Wein zu trinken oder was man eben machen möchte.🙂 Gianclaudio ist sehr freundlich und hat geholfen, als es nicht gleich mit dem WLAN geklappt hat. Wir hatten Glück bei der Parkplatzsuche, bei der wir auch den Tipps gefolgt sind. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Fabios kleiner Dachwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist charmant eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und in der Umgebung findet man jede Menge empfehlenswerter Gastronomie. Gerne wieder!

The location of the flat is amazing! We felt cozy and at home very very quickly. The flat is very spacious, was super clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. But most of all, Donatella is such a kind and friendly host, that really made the difference ❤️ thank you!
