Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Her er plads til både leg, afslapning og lange sommeraftener på den overdækkede terrasse. Huset og Anneks opvarmes af varmepumper Perfekt til familier eller par der ønsker strand, stjernehimmel og ægte sommerhusstemning. Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Lovely treasure in the middle of Tisvildeleje.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking.
